Shipping and Taxes

Free Shipping

All shipping is through Federal Express 2nd Day Priority. We do not charge any extra for this service.

Overnight Shipping is Available for an additional $20.

We do not ship overseas at this time.

Sales tax will be charged to California residents and that is 8.00%

Our Return Policy

4DiamondEarrings.com offers you a 30 day return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction with the diamond earrings.

In the event you wish to return your order (including exchange), contact us first and then follow the procedure below:

Note:The items and all paperwork and packaging materials must be returned within 30 days from the date you originally received the package for credit. After the 30 day period there will be no refunds only credit that may be used towards future purchases.

1. Contact customer service at 4DiamondEarrings.com (via phone, email, or fax) for a confirmation code.

2. Ship only via the US Postal Service by Registered mail with a return receipt.

3.Insure the shipment for the value of the full purchase price.

If you return ship your purchase and it is postmarked on or before 30 days from the date you received and signed for the 4DiamondEarrings.com package, you will receive credit on your credit card for the items purchased minus shipping costs and if past 15 days a restocking charge.

Restocking Charge

4DiamondEarrings.com assesses a 3% restocking charge for returned items after the first 15 day period. This amount is applied towards the shipping costs as well as the fees incurred to have the items independently appraised. This is a necessary and legal step to ensure that the diamond or diamonds you have returned are the same diamond or diamonds we shipped to you. After this verification has been completed, we will issue your refund. *There is no restocking charge for exchanges.

Notice:

Every pair of earrings and diamond from our shop is carefully documented before it is shipped. Therefore please note that a refund will be issued only after an independent licensed Graduate Gemologist inspects the diamonds and determines that they are identical to what we shipped to you.

Exchange Policy

Upon receiving and signing for your earrings, you have ten (10) days to examine your 4DiamondEarrings order. If what you received is not what you are looking for and you would like a larger or a smaller pair of diamondearrings simply return the earrings to us carefully following all the instructions as outlined in the return policy. In the case of exchanges the shipping fee will be charged but there will be no restocking charge.

Trade-Up Policy

Any time in the future you may trade up to larger diamond earrings. We require that the trade-up be at least a half carat or more than the original size of the diamond earrings you purchased from us. We will apply 80% of the amount you originally paid minus the shipping charges on the original towards the new ones. No discounts will apply and the new item shipping costs will be charged.

(Sale prices do not apply in trade-ups) The original Gemological Report must be returned with the diamond earrings being traded. With DiamondEarrings.com your Complete Satisfaction is always our first priority.
