1. We guarantee the products we send you are what we represent on our website.
2. We guarantee that every diamond we ship out has been examined by an independent Graduate Gemologist and a signed Gemological Certificate will be included with every pair of earrings.
3. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your purchase and you return it to us within 15 days of receiving it, we will refund your money less shipping charges. Returns received after 15 days and before 30 days will be assessed a 3% restocking fee.
4. We guarantee privacy and we will not share or sell any of our customers' data; name, email address or any other details they may trust with us.

About our Trade-up Policy
Any time in the future you may trade up to larger diamond earrings.
We require that the trade-up be at least a carat or more than the original size of the diamond earrings you purchased from us.
We will apply the amount you originally paid minus the shipping charges, a 5% restocking fee and the mounting costs on the original towards the new ones.
(Sale prices do not apply in trade-ups)
The original Gemological Report must be returned with the diamond earrings being traded.
Regarding Cheaper Diamonds
Regarding cheaper diamonds: If cost is critical yet you are seeking a certain size of diamond, you may need to compromise the color or clarity for the price.
The price as listed is for the quality of diamonds as described . For other rates - please contact us via telephone or email. As diamond importers we have a large inventory of gems available and are happy to work with you to try and stay within your budget.
What you can expect to receive.
Your Diamond Earrings order will arrive in an un-marked box via FedEx.
Inside the shipping box will be a velvet covered jewelry box, in its own packing box.(very suitable for a gift presentation).
We also include with all earring orders, for free, a 4oz.jar of Jewelry Cleaner specially formulated for diamond jewelry.
Additionally, in the package will be the Diamond Grading Report as well as the sales receipt.
